Delete your account and data — DeLaw
You can delete your DeLaw account, and the personal data attached to it, at any time.
From the app. Profile → My data → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Deletion starts immediately.
By request. Email privacy@korevra.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 3 working days and complete within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, practitioner details and sign-in identities.
- Your device sessions, push tokens and app settings.
- Your personal matters, clients, documents, time entries, fee notes and research bundles, after a 30-day grace period during which you can restore the account by signing in.
What is kept, and why
- Records that belong to an organisation you were linked to (a firm running DeLaw) stay with that organisation. They are the organisation's professional records; ask its administrator about them.
- Where a professional-conduct or tax rule requires a record to be retained (for example, a fee note that has been issued), we keep the record and anonymise the person.
- Aggregated diagnostics that cannot identify you.
DeLaw organisation users
Your organisation's administrator deletes users from Admin → Users. Ask them, or email privacy@korevra.com and we will route the request to the controller.
