DeLaw

Terms of service — DeLaw

Effective 8 September 2026. These terms are between you and Korevra Technologies Limited ("Korevra"), Lagos, Nigeria.

  1. The services. DeLaw is a legal practice platform. Organisations license it under a separate order form, and these terms apply to users of the DeLaw apps through their organisation's licence. An individual legal practitioner may also use DeLaw self-serve, in a personal workspace licensed to you personally.
  2. Your account. You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in method secure. Practitioner verification details you provide must be your own. Unverified users may use a personal workspace but do not appear in the Connect directory.
  3. Professional responsibility. The services help you keep records, compute deadlines and find authority. They do not give legal advice and do not replace your professional judgement. Every deadline shows its computation and every AI-assisted answer shows its sources or is labelled an unsourced draft; you remain responsible for verifying both before you rely on them. Korevra is not liable for the outcome of any matter.
  4. Client money. The services record client-account entries; they never hold or move money. You remain responsible for compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct on client accounts.
  5. Your data. You own the data you enter. Korevra processes it only to provide the services, as described in the privacy policy. You may export it at any time and delete your account through the app or the delete-data page.
  6. Organisation accounts. If you link your account to an organisation with a join code, matters and time you record for that organisation belong to it and are governed by its permissions. You may unlink at any time; the organisation's matters are then removed from your device and your personal records remain yours.
  7. Fees. DeLaw Personal plans and their prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and are charged through the app store or the payment provider you choose. An organisation's use of DeLaw is billed to the organisation under its order form.
  8. Acceptable use. Do not use the services to break the law, to infringe privilege you are not entitled to, to attack the services or to load content you have no right to process.
  9. Availability. We aim for continuous availability and keep encrypted backups; the offline features keep your recent matter files usable without a connection. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
  10. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Korevra's liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and Korevra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  11. Changes. We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
  12. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; disputes go first to mediation, then to arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 seated in Lagos.
